inconsistent service crowded spa
Our supposedly relaxing getaway fell short. I found the service inconsistent. Some staff members were very young and inexperienced (splitting coffee wasn't exactly a 5-star experience). The room, while offering a good view, showed signs of wear and tear. I noticed dust and felt it needed a thorough cleaning. The spa area was far too crowded with day visitors.

reasonable stay
amazing view friendly staff faulty rail mould issue
the location offered amazing views. the staff was friendly and helpful (holly at reception stood out).
the heated towel rails did not work properly. there was some mould in the shower at the floor wall join (this should be addressed).
